Easy to find from the motorway network, good location to get into the city centre.
Bathroom smelt of smoke, exractor fan did not appear to be working? Mould on walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Exterior surroundings of hotel needs improvement, grass adjacent to the hotel muddy, the decorative pond at the entrance was badly maintained and the "bridge" to the main entrance may be a hazard to young children?

The hotel is conveniently located off the the motorway system and on the edge of town.
The breakfast is self service and the eggs and bacon were not very hot where they had been left in the serving covered tray. It was the same for the 3 days we stayed there so it is a problem.
